To guarantee the safety of your products during shipping and while in our care, please follow these packaging guidelines:

As the shipper, you are responsible for covering the shipping costs to send your products to us. The shipping costs will depend on your chosen shipping method, the weight and dimensions of your items, and the destination.
Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred during shipping are also your responsibility.

For added peace of mind, consider using a shipping method that provides tracking information. This way, you can monitor the progress of your shipment and ensure it reaches us safely. We recommend insuring valuable items to protect against loss or damage during transit.

6. Notification of Shipment

Return & Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to make sure you have a clear understanding of our return policy when it comes to your products.

Product Return Option:
If you wish to have your products returned to you after the photography session, please follow these guidelines:

Include a Return Post Bag: Along with your products, please include a prepaid and appropriately addressed return postage bag or label. Ensure it is suitable for the size and weight of the items being returned.

Return Request Notification: When sending your products to us, please notify us in advance if you intend to have them returned. You can do this by including a note in your shipment or by sending us an email at [Your Contact Email] with your request.

Return Timeframe: We will hold your products for up to six months after the completion of the photography session. If you do not request a return within this period or provide a return postage bag, we will assume you do not wish to have your items returned.

Storage Period:
If you do not request a return and do not provide a return postage bag, your products will be securely stored by us for a period of up to six months. During this time, your items will be safely maintained in our facilities.

Alternative Arrangements:
Most of our models are very generous and only ask for products and photos as payment. We ask that you let the models take home the products they modeled. However, in special circumstances (such as working with samples that need to be returned), alternative arrangements can be discussed ahead of time. These arrangements may include:

Cash Payment: Providing a $50 cash payment in lieu of products.

Product Credit: Providing a $50 product credit that can be used for future orders.
