The turnaround time for receiving your final edited photos typically ranges from 7 to 21 days from the shoot date, depending on our current workload and the complexity of the creative concept. If you have a specific deadline in mind, please let us know during the initial consultation, and we will make every effort to accommodate it. A travel fee may be applied if a location is more than 1hr drive from Logan. This will be calculated during pre-production.

Due to the nature of the work, no refunds will be issued. This is why your brief is SO important. However, you may request a reshoot given a valid explanation.
