I have been incredible lucky to get to work with Stephen for the last couple of months. Somewhere between 1-2 times a week! He has been a part of the Paul Mitchell team that has been so amazing at doing hair and makeup for my Creative Photography class. When I first meet him I immediately knew that I wanted to be his best friend! :) He is a true gentle giant and this talent is crazy! I know that one day I'll get to say...I TOTALLY WORKED WITH HIM, WE ARE BESTIES! He recently got a job in Salt Lake and I can't...I am a little sad. I will totally miss him but I couldn't be more excited for him and his future! Congrats my friend you totally deserve this and so much more!
Stephen's Bio:
I grew up in a small town in New Hampshire. I have always been involved in the arts, but I also had a passion for science. This brought me to Utah State University where I studied chemistry. Amid my quarter life crisis, I found myself craving to find my artistic expression again. This brought me to Paul Mitchell the School. I instantly fell in love with the industry! I dedicated all my time to finding my own style and mastering my craft. Participating in fashion shows, photoshoots, and mentoring new students. All of this helped me land a job at Lunatic Fringe Holladay, a high-end salon in Salt Lake. I plan on signing with a talent agency and doing freelance work. I want my art to be on the cover of magazines and be known for my good character and my love for doing great hair. As long as I continue making people feel confident and beautiful, then I am fulfilling my goals.
